Warranty does not cover any damage caused by customer.
Warranty is Return To Base, customer will pay shipping cost to and from www.torro.com.au.
We will pay the shipping Cost to and from the customer address if we send the wrong item.
If you decide you do not want the item a 15% re-stocking fee applies.
Shipping Cost is not refundable unless we send the wrong product OR we no longer have the product in stock.
www.torro.com.au holds no responsibility if you do not purchase postal insurance and the item arrive damage, in situations where product does not get delivered we will provide proof of delivery ONLY, if postal insurance is purchased the courier will replace the item.
Items will be shippedwith in 3 working days and depends on your location it should arrive within 2-5 working days after shipping date. |
